Making Appointments
Normal/Routine Appointments
These make up the majority of our appointments. They can be made up to 4 weeks in advance and it is possible to request a specific clinician. These appointments can be booked any time of the day
On the Day’ Appointments
A limited number of ‘On the Day’ appointments are available each day. These appointments are available for booking from 8:30am on the day. It is not possible to request a specific doctor for these appointments.
House Calls
If you require a house call please contact the surgery as early in the day as possible to allow the doctor to prioritise the calls. Any request for a housecall will be triaged by a doctor and are generally only for those who are housebound of for whom, in the doctor’s opinion, it would be medically inadvisable to attend the surgery. Although we are happy to make housecalls we would ask you to consider that the average housecall takes as long as three consultations in the surgery. Please note that it is not possible to request a specific doctor.
