CHANGES TO APPOINTMENT SYSTEM
EFFECTIVE FROM 11 JANUARY 2010
SWINE FLU
If you have either been in close contact with a confirmed case of Swine Flu or have recently travelled from an infected area within the last 7 days and are feeling unwell with 'flu like' symptoms, please contact us by telephone initially, rather than come directly to the Practice. This will help us with infection control in the Practice and allow us to help you appropriately. Thank you.

- We are currently collecting information on patient ethnicity. If you have not already been approached by the surgery to complete this very simple form please ask the next time you attend.
TRAVEL CLINICS
As of 1 April 2010 there will be a change to our travel charges. Details are listed below:
Travel Clinic
Please note that due to a high rate of non attendance rate for travel appointments the practice are now introducing a charge for patients who do not attend an appointment. This will only be introduced where are patient reappoints for the same treatment.
