Essential Building Work Information 2nd - 20th March
From Monday 2nd March to Friday 20th of March, Ashfield Medical Practice will be undergoing essential electrical maintenance work throughout the building. For health and safety reasons, we will be operating a reduced service during this period to limit unnecessary visits to the surgery. Only on-the-day emergency and essential blood appointments will be available, and these will be strictly for urgent, non-routine matters.
If you are given an on-the-day emergency appointment, you will receive instructions at the time of booking on when to attend. Please note that during this period there will be no waiting area and no accessible toilet facilities available.
Only patients with confirmed on-the-day emergency appointments will be permitted entry to the building. If you usually collect your prescriptions from the surgery, please ensure they are collected before 2nd of March. Alternatively, if you are requesting medication, please let us know which pharmacy you would like your prescription sent to.
During this time, it will not be possible to collect letters, results, forms, or other documentation from the practice.
We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you or your understanding. These measures are necessary to ensure the safety of both our patients and staff by reducing the number of people in the building.
Kind Regards,
Ashfield Medical Practice
